Rates

| Fairfield Electric
has several rates available to its membership depending on the customer
classification. The rates applicable to residential customers are listed
below. The amount of energy used is determined by the thermal
engineering of the structure and the lifestyle of the occupants.
All energy charges below are per kWh and in addition
to a basic facility charge of $7.50 per month.

Power Cost Adjustment: The monthly rate will be increased or
decreased by an amount per kilowatt-hour in accordance with the
Cooperative's Wholesale Power cost Adjustment formula. Refer to your
bill for the power cost adjustment applied to your usage each month or
call FEC at 1-800-628-0336.
