Power Outage Form

We've made handling a power outage an easy three-step process:

1. Call or drop by our office or use the online form below to make sure we have your correct phone number and street address. (No P.O. boxes, please!)
2. Call 1-800-499-7862 if your power ever goes out.
3. Stay calm.

When you call the system, it knows instantly what number you're calling from ... no need to enter your number manually. The system then checks our records to see if we have that telephone number on file and, if we do, the system looks up the street address we have on file for that phone number. Then the system asks you a few simple questions and you're done. Simple! Quick! Easy! ... but only if the telephone number and street address we have for you are correct.

The information you give us here will be used by our automated outage reporting system to identify you when you call during an outage and to locate you so we can restore your power. This is why we need the telephone number at your service location and the street address of your service location.
