They act as the eyes and ears of the cooperative, identifying problems and helping us provide the best service possible. Advisory Committees are a two-way communication process.
At the meetings, we keep members informed about all aspects of the cooperative and, in turn, we hope the Advisory Committee members will share with us any concerns and information from the community. Twenty years of Advisory Committees have helped make our cooperative stronger and more efficient.
The Member Advisory Committee meets as needed. We're thankful to the members who have shared their time with us, and we're pleased to offer this representative list of past Member Advisory Committee contributions.
Committee input and responses have been used to evaluate pending and active programs and procedures as follows:
Due to Advisory Committee interest, FEC initiated:

- a bank draft program
- levelized payment plan
