Fairfield Electric Cooperative’s online bill payment option allows members of the cooperative to view and pay their electric bill on-line! This payment option is very popular and many members have taken advantage of this convenient payment option.

“Our goal is to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible for those we serve. We are pleased that our members are taking advantage of this payment option and the response has been above our expectations.” said Mark Connor, VP of Finance for the cooperative.

To take advantage of this payment option, simply click here. You will need your account number and password. Your account number can be found on your monthly electric bill. Your account number is the same as your member/sep number, less the last two digits. Your initial password can also be found on your monthly electric bill.

Once you have logged on, you can pay your bill over a secure connection by entering your VISA, MasterCard, or checking account information. You will continue to receive a monthly bill in the mail.

Checking or Credit Card Draft
If you want to eliminate the hassle of actually going online or sending in a payment each month, bank draft and credit card draft are available. We will draft your checking account or your VISA or MasterCard each month saving you the hassle of going online or mailing a payment and your payment will be made on time each month.
